I was transferred to Salmon Arm from Edmonton and I needed to find the perfect home. It was impossible for me to continually drive to Salmon Arm to look for a house. Susi sent me new listings everyday and if I had any questions about a home I liked that wasn't mentioned in the listing, she would go and check it out for me.
When I found the perfect home that was only on the market for one day, I loved it and wanted to put an offer on the house site-unseen. Susi drove to the home immediately to take more pictures and provided me with enough information about the house that I was confident enough to go through with the offer and sign the deal via email. This process saved me a 2 day trip in the winter.
When the day finally came to view the home in person, we drove down from Edmonton, met with Susi and she provided us with all the local contacts needed for the purchase, such as: lawyers, home insurance companies, mortgage insurance, home inspections, utility companies, etc. This booklet was very valuable to us as we were new in town and didn't know anyone or had any contacts.
